I had been on a process of finding self over the last 3 years, but some of the most significant parts have been over the last year, 6 months and few weeks, I had my first Gunge experience last year and embraced something that had been holding me back for a long time, in the depths of winter after the new year into 2025 I was in a very low place when a video on YouTube appeared just at the time I needed it too, a sort of awakening has been happening over the last few months and a few weeks ago I experienced a shift I did not expect, its hard to explain with words but it it real.
