Hi everyone, I've been sploshing for years, but my wife and I just started pretty recently. Our biggest concern right now is her getting a yeast infection. So, we've been cautious when doing anything near her vagina. She's hesitant to try clothes filling, which is my favorite thing, but agreed to try it for next session. The plan is to use a douche after the session. I guess my questions are:
- is this a good plan?
- what are your experiences with yeast infections?
- is there anything else I should be concerned about?

Unfortunately, I think the rather unhelpful answer here is that everyone is different. You're absolutely right in theory that sugary substances in the vagina increase the risk of yeast infections, and I know some people on here have reported having problems. However, it's certainly not inevitable and my wife and I have had sex in pretty much every substance you can think of at one time or another, sweet, savoury, and non-food. Some of our favourites are in fact sweet things like custard, molasses or cake mix, yet she's never had any problems with infections.

Douching may help, and my wife usually rinses briefly "inside" in the bath afterwards. I'd be wary about being too enthusiastic with this, though - the inside of the vagina is naturally a pretty hostile place for bugs and washing away all that natural protection can actually be counterproductive.

The other thing to think about is using substances which are less likely to cause problems in themselves. Natural yoghurt is actually sometimes promoted as a treatment for vaginal yeast, since it contains bacteria which can help suppress a yeast infection, so that's one option, though I don't find it a terribly exciting substance to splosh with. Alternatively, non-food substances are not going to have the sugar content to be a risk. Mud (particularly bentonite clay made up at home, rather than "natural" mud) is pretty inert. Methylcellulose slime is chemically a long way from sugar, and seems unlikely to be broken down into simple sugars in the vagina, so should also be pretty inert. And paint, particularly children's "poster paints" are also unlikely to cause problems, whether used neat or as colouring for things such as slime.

thank you so much for the advice! The problem is I don't like playing in non-sweet foods/non-edible foods; well she hasn't tried it but savory was a hard no. Thanks for the idea about the yogurt, insight on douching, and reassurances!

What is it about sweet foods that you like? I'm just wondering if you couldn't replicate that with coloured methylcellulose slime. For example, apart from flavour, I think you might struggle to tell yellow slime apart from custard. And if the flavour was actually important, you could probably even get close with slime plus artificial sweetners and vanilla, while still not ending up with something that would be a good culture medium for yeast.

As I said, we've actually used a whole variety of sweet foods without any infection problems, so my advice would probably be to just give sweet foods a go before you go to the trouble of making up non sugar based alternatives, but if necessary I think it would be possible.

My wifie LUVED being gunged w stuff from messy supplies and since it was plant based she voluntarily started rubbing down there which in past with sweet foods lead to bad yeast infections
The most she has done since then if laying in the mess / some panties doing and wedgies from back only which has been ok
We make sure she drinks tons of water before hand and then while cleaning up I help her drink water so she can pee in shower after her bath to clean up.
I think her worst is gone down on her but outer licking only and she woke me up in so much pain we have been very wary since then

Yeah I mean it's taste, smell, texture and the fact that you don't have to worry about getting it in your mouth/eyes (as much as like savory or chemically things like shaving cream). I guess we'll give it a go before worrying about alternatives. Thanks again!

You have some clothes filling pics with your wife. Do you think that would cause issues if you didn't do any kind of insertion and stopped at oral?

I mainly shoot food based mess and with any sugar it really helps to be super careful. The uv reactive gunge I use from messy supplies is widely considered body safe and hasn't caused a reaction with anybody I have shot with. I even know some couples who use it as lube. Of course your mileage may vary as all body types are different but I've shot a LOT of content with it with no problems so far and when you mix it extra thick it's great for clothes / panty filling. Downside is if you live outside of UK shipping can be more costly than the substance itself unless you buy in bulk.

Yeah I am outside the uk, but a little extra money isn't a deal breaker. I'm more concerned that the smell/taste won't be enjoyable like sweet foods, but maybe I can add like food extracts to help with that. I did some research on some of the chemical compounds used to make their slime and they are fda food regulated safe...it seems it would be fine to get them in your mouth and eat small quantities.

Yeah, they're fine to get in your mouth and well it doesn't necessarily taste good it's not unpleasant either. I kind of equate it to cucumbers. They don't really taste like much of anything.

That's why I like to dip my cucumber into something..

I use medical gel, for ultrasound examinations.
It is safe for health, and if you use food coloring and artificial sweetener, it will replace the pudding and it looks amazing.

And I really like how it can be washed beautifully.
