Currently I'm experimenting with Xanathan Gum gunge as its the only thickener I've been able to find in Australia, but my first attempt ended up way too thick, oops!
Once I've dialed it in (and acquired a set of scales, that would really help). I'll let you know what I use :3
Not a fast and ready but in the long run for me, it's my go to.
10 cans of shave cream 1 gallon of Elmer's white glue 1 bottle of eye contact cleaning solution (borax solution can be a substitute) Several recipes online.
In a large tote/tub spray in the shave cream, mix in glue into shave cream, while mixing add eye contact cleaning solution. Continue to mix to desired consistency, more or less contact solution.
Initially it's like marshmallow cream, fluffy and sticky, continue mixing to desired texture.
I store in a 5-gal buckets with lids, over time the slime loses its fluffiness and becomes denser.
I'll mix up enough to cover my whole body feeling it oozing around me.
I tried Xanthan gum, but I never got the right consistency. For me, methylcellulose would be the best, but the price/quantity ratio is not worth it in my country. That's why I started using medical ultrasound gel. It thins beautifully to the consistency I require, and when I'm done with my WAM games, I take a shower and the gel dissolves beautifully, I just let the suit dry. No lengthy washing, the suit dries, and I can enjoy it again as soon as possible.

Can only imagine how it would feel in a full body neoprene wet suit, tight and slippery.
