As for personal sessions without privacy, it depends what your I to, but well planned quick bathroom sessions must be possible? Or outdoor?

Yeah, I have to agree with Lisa here. There can be a big difference in how you approach this depending on what you're looking to to get out of it.
Depending on the situation, you CAN possibly be pretty open about it. Now, summer is just about over as it's Labor Day weekend, so "the pool or river" aren't going to be options very long this year. But hey, if you have a picnic by the river or something, and it's warm out, jumping in with your clothes on isn't that weird.
It all really depends on how open you are about it, and how secure you are. If you're somewhat insecure (which is fine, most of us are at least in some area), than you're going to need to build up someone trust with someone before having a discussion about it.
Now, I can say that I have tried the fetish scene approach and it is very hit or miss. A lot of it is going to depend on the people in your area. My area has a lot of people into darker stuff like pain, cutting, bruising, etc. In fact, I only know one other person in my area into WAM who is in the fetish scene, and he's also on here. If you have other fetishes, this could work out in your favor. But if you're not into BDSM, chances are you're not going to find you have a lot in common.
