yep i know crazy weather in england at this time think going be like this few week look like... yep understand itching get messy . got messy next week with someone and other 1 in month time !
I moved a thousand miles, and then promptly broke myself even though I *thought* I was being careful unpacking and building cabinets to unpack things to.
I've gone to physical therapy twice now, and have exercises to work on, and I'm in a lot less pain and starting to be able to get out for walks around the block.
With some of the moving stress gone - the unmoving process is very nearly frozen in time to a week after the move; lots of unmoving still to come! - I've been gradually able to return more focus to UMD.
I even felt good enough to have a little fun!
Pics are up on my profile from one of the walks (in the rain!) and from a snack I had last night.

So sorry to hear of all your troubles. Glad you are recovering and getting back to normal!
After all the hot and dry weather it's not so easy to get muddy -- and if I do, it's a bit harder to come up with an excuse for how I got that way. But within the last week I managed it twice (the mud, not the excuse -- no-one I met as I was squelching back asked me how on earth I got that way )
Not particularly great. 2025 has been a rough year with death in family, ensuing legal battles from family drama, my father is declining mentally rather quickly, no one has any money to help find any sort of assisted living for him, so I might end up taking him in and trying to be his caregiver while working a 50 hour a week job.
Things are getting better. Started working with a new support worker and psych. The cold wet weather has forced people indoors which means I go out. Touch football keeps me occupied and busy.
I've also had an interesting turn around with life. Back last year I went through shit from a friend and all that. Well thanks to time, her behaviour and S3 of Ginny and Georgia, our mutual friends, heck even her family have turned on her for her bad behaviour towards me and others. Very much a role reversal and a lot of people eating massive crows.
At some point, probably tonight I am going to have a quickie messy session. I have had two wet sessions. The local river during a storm and the second was a fully clothed shower, although that was more for my mental health than to get my jolly's off.

My cup...is empty and I'm just tired.
Sorry to hear this. These are all things that are hard to go through. I do hope things turn around for you quickly and positive solutions can be found.
