That's actually NOT correct. When the time says "1 hour ago" that means 1 hour has already gone bye. It will say "58 minutes ago", then "59 minutes ago", then "1 hour ago", and will stay that way until you get to "2 hours ago". So in order to be "within 1 hour" you need to see so many MINUTES ago.

Likewise, if you see "6 hours ago" you've missed the 6-hour limit.
