Help finding Youtube video messy female

Does anyone have or know a video of a girl in a blue jacket (I believe) saying "I don't know" and "Water" 3 times each? If I remember correctly it's about 3 minutes long and has pink slime/gunge in it. Rings a bell for anyone?
