Double Gunge! I choose Rice Pudding & wet cat food (if that's outside your limits, substitute for tuna & mayo mixed together!).
You need 2 cans of rice pudding. The challenge is to pour them into your outfit (easiest if swimsuit...hehehe...if not oops) without any rice pudding falling out within 1 minute.
If you succeed, the reward is that you only need to put your feet in the cat food. If you fail the cat food goes into your outfit (front) too inside any pants!!

Unfortunately despite hating cat food, it is just within my limits I hope I get to wear my swimsuit as this is yet another challenge I'll want to succeed with!

Matilda, you don't know how lucky you were with the timing of wet_stuff's post! There's a clue in the scaled back punishment I've just given him, but I'm saving the best part as a surprise for one of you girls! (Sorry wet-stuff, but it would be impossible for you can try even if you wanted to!)
The sticky mess is syrup. Cover the ice dildo in some of that, before slowly licking it off! Whilst doing this pour the remaining syrup over your head so it runs down your face.
The ice dildo can then be placed in the back of your underwear for the remainder of your punishments. You ass is safe for now, but someone else may wish to use it now they know its there!
Savory - pasta sauce, i like the earlier idea from MSE so
Take ice dildo,,,,,dip in pasta sauce and insert (let's see how long to melt) - if problem with ice dildo any suitable veg or fruit is fine....... Then pour pasta sauce inside outfit at back.....others can have front
