I cant seem to find triffle here (Usa) at least not where i live. (Maybe its a uk specialty? ) it seems like a layered angelfood or spongecake with whipped cream or pudding layers almost like a parfeit. Ill try to find something close to it to substitute if you dont have any other ideas

A parfait is quite similar, but a trifle is larger. Nobody in the UK would think of a trifle as a single serving (they're usually big enough to serve 6-10 people) so you might need a few more!
