For the next one you will make a large bucket of slime or gunge whichever you prefer and dunk your head for 30 seconds straight, let's hope you can hold your breath. If you succeed dump the whole bucket over your head. If you fail try one more time and whether you succeed or fail you will fill your underwear with as much as possible and then the rest of the bucket goes over your head.
