Since it's been six hours since my first catch, let me see if I can help you out a bit with a re-catch.
For my first pick, I'm going to do the clothing track #3 (wear briefs instead of boxers), although I think losing the t-shirt probably would contribute more to the effort.
For my second pick, I'm going to do the messy track #3 and say that treacle needs to go all over your face (with the excess running down on your chest/torso and anywhere else a bit of it might drip).
It's a shame we can't get more folks responding to get you stripped and totally trashed.
