I'm not sure if anyone noticed but there was a little blip in the content filters this week. They were relaxed for about 24-48hrs. You still needed to prompt engineer heavily but the model output quality was amazing. Then on Thurs, they tightened the filter again harder than it was before and it also looks like the number of steps to generate the images has been reduced. The output in Bing/Designer is terrible right now.

Well it worked because these pictures are so hot!
Sadly whilst the prompt works in the sense it passes the prompt filter, it's endless dogs with the odd result but the results are weak. Not the end of the word as I ran enough different clothes to train a lora. These were my first test images from SD.

I HAVE noticed that that seems to be the way it goes. I will start generating more and better images for a few days and then boom, can't generate anything. The calm before the storm as it were. I'm not a programmer, but I do find myself wondering why the filters are almost always lightened for a couple of days before being tightened worse than they were. Are they not just able to tighten them?

The rumor.. and I'm in no position to confirm or deny is that they thought they had managed to block most celebrity/deepfakes and loosened it accordingly. The big filter change earlier in the year in response to Taylor swift and other fakes, everything else got caught in the crossfire. However.. the filter change this week also meant some of the really obscure prompt tricks worked for celebs and they rolled back and strengthened the filter in response. Disappointing as I was really starting to get to grips with the new changes.

Yeah I noticed and it was quite glorious for a few days. It makes me optimistic as it shows they intend to make the filters more relaxed but can't leave them too open because people start once again making straight celeb porn out of it.

Indeed it was. I haven't seen you around since the early dall-e days. Hope you've been taking advantage of it.

I stooped for a while after the big October changes where they dumbed down the AI a lot. I started again recently now that it's better and faster.

I wondered what had happened -- prompts that had previously worked and which I thought pretty innocuous suddenly started getting blocked. For example, the prompt that generated this picture was consistently generating the dog if I changed it to be for a photo rather than a watercolour.
Sleazoid44 said: Bing has been practically unuseable the past few days. As others said, once reliable prompts aren't working or work once and then get The Dog.
Did someone say there's a paid version? If reasonable I'd consider it.
Have upgraded to the paid version. You get many more bites of the cherry, but the dog is constantly appearing. Harmless verbiage like pie, cream and swimsuit seem to trigger it.

Couldn't find the link to upgrade. But it sounds like more of the same.
Has anyone had any luck with prompts getting women to float on the surface of a vat of slime/pudding/liquid/etc.?
I have been trying for a number of weeks now, and can't seem to get the program to do what I want. But I refuse to admit defeat! At this point, I might challenge anyone here to make an image with a woman floating on the surface of a pool/vat/etc.

I think it was the celebrity filter. In my prompt I'd given the characters names, and if I changed one of the names it started working. So... don't use a forename that's associated with a celebrity, because Bing may draw that person and freak out?

No slime etc., but did a couple of pictures with floating in water.
