In Japan we love school uniform! It's a huge part of our modern culture. One of my main wam loves is getting muddy in my school uniform! Ever since elementary school that was always what I wore daily so always what was muddy!
I still love to wear my school uniform at home and even outside as I still look very young. Of course I still get muddy in my old school uniforms too!! Luckily for me my uniform from both last year middle school and high school still fit me.

I think girls in school uniforms look cute. As someone who grew up without school uniforms, I don't really associate them with high schoolers though. Most of my exposure to them has been in a fetish context or from films where the actors are clearly in their twenties.
To me, it's similar to other uniforms; it shapes the body very nicely, and gives a nice ordered, clean look... until you get completely covered in mud and it's just hanging from your body all dirty and soaked.
I like the Black, White or Navy Japanese 'sailor' type uniforms wet or messy as well as the shirt, tie/bow, tights and blazer style. As Mirukubiru mentioned it's a huge part of Japanese culture and produce some very good WAM movies.
I was wearing my full school uniform when i first got wet, messy and muddy and sometimes wear a school uniform now - with school badge, bag and jumper depending on the role play.
I'm a big fan of dirty uniforms and office clothes spoil I think we don't see enough and that's all the pleasure of wam dirty beautiful clothes on beautiful woman for example
