Welcome back to the final day of Messy Nations Summer Special.
Once again 'Dare Me' have been out & about finding willing victims... err, I mean volunteers who will cheerfully submit to being covered in pretty much anything to get on TV.. Even if it does mean spending the rest of the day walking around with unspeakable goo dripping from their outfits (or sloshing around inside them)
First event of the day is the Annual (i hope) Dare Me 'Weight Watchers Challenge', where our plucky contestants fill their duct taped up shorts with as much goo as they can, before completing 2 laps of the running track. They are weighed before & after, the contestant who has lost the least goo from their shorts wins. Simple eh! (place your bets!)
Throughout the day Messy Nation has been running it's 'Foodies' Tent, where people are welcome to come & try the foodies taste challenge. The slight difference in this tent being that you don't taste the food, you decorate your outfits WITH the food (or get a friend to help), with the aim to be the one with the 'tastiest' outfit at the end.
Some say this is just a feeble excuse to pour sloppy food over the lovely country ladies... and some might be quite right there. Even our unflappable presenters find themselves getting in on some of the action.
And finally.... Straight from the 'Dairy Queen' presentations, our newly crowned Queen & Dairy Princesses have been sent along to do a bit of PR on the TV... I mean... were the fete organisers not watching what happened to the Farm Queens on day 1... Tsk!
The Poor unsuspecting ladies in their beautiful dresses, you almost feel we shouldn't ruin them with buckets of sloppy food. But we shall of course, Messy Nation is all about equal Slopportunities.
It seems that the Dairy Queens were non too happy about being gunged. Even after having their lovely dresses sponged down they were still stained & ruined.
So after the days shooting was finished & the presenters were relaxing by the production office (caravan!), the dairy queens decided to be eco-friendly & recycle some of that sloppy food
The Bootfull Dodger said: Some late footage has just come to light...

Perfect ending to the day's events, even better the hosts we're not impressed with bucket of slops, ruining thier outfits.
