Bringing back an old one... Winner gets to fill a bowl with 5 items of of their choosing. Loser then roles 2 dice and must hold the plank position over the bowl for 10 seconds times what ever number is rolled. If they fail they face plant into what ever nasty concoction the winner created and must also face a penalty forfeit of the winner's choosing. If they are successful they avoid the mess and the winner takes the penalty.
Loser will put themself at the mercy of the community by allowing anyone who catches them in the catch me thread to give them a challenge/dare/forfeit of their choice. Winner rolls a dice for the duration at 30 minutes per the result (if they don't roll within 24 hours then assume 90 minutes).
