I tweaked the rules so that we're not waiting indefinitely for the E player to choose whether or not to use the optional 3rd spinner. After the last player joins, whoever ends up in 'E' has 12 hours to decide. After that, the round ends.

So, dms85, you should pick out a completed Messy Dice round and post its first 3 forfeits; that's from E1 forfeit and this round went through 3 days. You also get to assign an outfit for G100.

You can't change the rules once a round has started surely
