Mess limits pretty much happy with most things available from supermarket, but avoiding flour and porridge and other things that clump up in hair (certain cereals etc)

Shiny has certainly been one of my tormentors, but you're correct - not for this session. So I agree that I should go back into the pillory - either for the 17 hours or maybe let shinyrainwear suggest my time?
