Must be easy to get in a UK supermarket
Please no water, eggs or cold items (feel free to re-spin, or substitute with a gunge item if you prefer). Also no honey, for the bees sake.
If you get savoury, please be gentle! I've only done sweet so far.
Must wash out of long hair (reasonably) easily
No nudity/exposure.

Came to throw some mess before work and then realised the pillory was empty and have ended up in there myself for the next 16 hours.

Looking through the mess wheel there's nothing on there that's off limits. IN terms of outfits I'm slightly limited at the minute. It'll either be T-shirt and shorts or a 1 piece swimsuit.
