You said do your worst, so here's a good starter!

I choose Rice Pudding & wet cat food (if that's outside your limits, substitute for tuna & mayo mixed together!).

You'll need 2 cans of rice pudding. The challenge is to pour them into your swimsuit without any rice pudding falling out within 1 minute.

If you succeed, the reward is that you only need to put your feet in the cat food. If you fail the cat food goes into your swimsuit (front) too!

The sticky mess is some childrens washable pva glue. That goes over your hair & you should wait for 30 minutes to give it a chance to dry

Spun double gunge -- take two large jars of applesauce and mix in some green food coloring to each. Dump each of them over your head, and for extra credit say "I don't know" just before!

Cover your whole body, face & hair in black treacle, then add feathers! (Rice or Rice Krispies work well as alternatives to feathers)
