yeah seemed like either a glitch or screen shot from before the wheel had completely stopped. It should actual flash the landed on space center of the wheel when it stops. This is how it normally looks.

That should be correct. However, at that point the exact time becomes rather meaningless since it's almost certain you will get replaced LONG before that. On average there should be something like 7 spins before a replacement spin comes up, so no need to fret.
