I know the silent film studios reused plots. As a kid the local stations ran a lot of Hal Roach slapstick films and I have a memory of the pie seller in the back of the theater getting hit with a pie, picking up her necklace and it leaves a reverse impression on her uniform. But in the version of "Shivering Shakespeace" that I have she isn't wearing a necklace at all.

I checked several versions on YouTube just now. All the same.

Is my memory totally wrong? Was that in another movie? Are there two versions?
