There is some good news - well, good for those of us who get to see you taking your mess but maybe not so much for you - you get to do this twice! If you do not reply in six hours, submerge a banana in a bucket of at least four ingredients and retrieve it with only your teeth and eat it in less than 30 seconds, eat the banana and then pour the contents over yourself/in your clothes and then enter IYDR with a No Reply for only twelve hours!

Sorry folks, I just don't agree. I think it's understood that getting put in the no-reply zone only keeps you in for that duration unless you were already in beforehand.
