Labyrinth reflects my personality - deep and mysterious, full of hidden sides, very kinky, twisted, but ultimately straightforward and you can never really go wrong! Or so I've come to think! I actually chose Labyrinth when looking for something meaningful that sounded a bit unusual, and glanced over to my video collection and the name stood out. It stuck and since then it's been my UMD username, online gamer tag, and even a military callsign!

I'm particularly interested to know how CinqGirlRacer got her name.... my overactive mind has already written a backstory. Cinq meaning Five, so perhaps she beat five other racers on the streets driving her hot pink Impreza or Supra!! Or perhaps Cinq is "sank" because she crashed into the mud and had to slide out through all the ooze!!

My username gives the impression of being a mean and scary old German man. But that only reflects who I am in the Off-topic forum and the ethics and gender threads. i.e., 99% of my posting activity, apparently.

By the time I registered, a lot of the obvious choices had been taken. If I picked something like "PieBoy704" then it would be hard for other people to keep track of that compared to all the similar names.

I also wanted something that could be pronounced, rather than just mashing the keyboard to come up with something unique.

"flank" is based off "flan" (as in pie), but it's also a real word, and it's short. It can also be used in public without outing me, e.g. if there was a splunch (pub meet) and someone called out "Hey, Flank, do you want a drink?", that's just a slightly unusual nickname rather than anything incriminating.

With the above what "flank" said, is a word meaning - to out manoeuvrer your a opponent - as in a game - in this case hitting your partner first with a pie before they hit you.

While mine, being "Maddog" won't mean much to a lot of people on this site. "Maddog" is my real "tag", (nickname) in the local community in the bush where I live. Most people call me "Maddog", rather than by my real name, while others only know 'me' as "Maddog", as like on this site. If your one of the lucky few, you will beable to put these together!!

I didn't want to use any of my other online handles, that are tied to other forums, or online gaming communities. So in my infinite creativity, I chose this name because I live in Las Vegas...and this is a WAM forum.

I spent several decades in the concert/touring sound business. "The Mothership" was actually a concert venue that I built outside of Tacoma WA in the 1990s. When it closed in 2000, I just kept the domain name and turned it into a hosting company.

I chose mine because I'm a grumpy ass most of the time!

My username is a reference to how I'm a fan of the stealth game series "Splinter Cell". Anyone who has played or knows about those games will notice that I have Sam Fisher as my profile pic on this site as well.

Madeline is obviously not my real name. As open as I am here sharing my fetish, I am in real life a very, very private person. So back in 1999 when we originally joined the UMD, more people were from Europe rather than the US so I wanted a typical European name. I spelled it the way it is most common in the US to compromise but the name Madeline to me still makes me tingle every time I see or hear it because it is strictly tied to the wetlook fetish.

Haha actually none of those....back in 2003/4 I passed my driving test and an ex boyfriend ended up with two identical 1983 VW Polo's one was "driveable' so used parts from the other to fix one up.
