Thanks for all you've done to make the UMD a safe and secure place for those of us who's interests in UMD related areas most likely aren't understood at all by the majority of our circle of acquaintances. I've been coming to this site for about 10 years off and on, first as a lurker, then as a member. I have been able to meet others who share my interests, and made me feel not so much of an outsider because of those interests. Once again thanks for all you've done to give us all a safe place to talk, learn, and grow in our messiness!

Thank you so much for providing the community and infrastructure that you do. Super appreciate it. I've been looking into throwing an event on the east coast to mirror the kind that I've been doing out here, and hopefully I'll get to meet some of the wam'ers that seem to be concentrated on that side!

I've been around for most of that time - since it was pretty much a listings page (before I joined properly)

The UMD has become THE central hub of the WAM community - bar none. A safe place to play WAM. Whilst I don't agree with every change or development that's been made, I certainly respect the overall vision.

As I've become more involved in recent years and opened a store it really becomes apparent that it's not about making a quick buck! Its ambition is really for something sustainable and long term. We all contribute and we all benefit!

Derek is a real generous dude who thinks big - but he wants us all to share it. Thanks to you and everyone else involved in making this a place we can all call home.

As someone who's been here since the very start, it's been a privilege and an honour to be part of this community and watch it grow over the years. 19 already! For a full year now the UMD has been legally old enough to watch its own content!

And indeed, the depth and breadth of what Messmaster has created really is visionary. Fellow old-timers will rememer when the UMD was just one of many "wam directory" sites, but it's the one that constantly developed and expanded and tried new things, and hence is the one that survived to become a masive central lynchpin of the entire on-line wet-and-messy-world.

Like Noise I've been here from the early days and have seen many changes but the forum is friendly. It also serves as a valuable resource for those of us with a "niche" fetish and can be extremely supportive.

I've been here for all 19 irispective of what my profile says, that's down to me messing my profile up I vaguely remember first meeting MM on icq shortly before he started UMD originally I was called Jonn which I also lost through my own cock up but I wouldn't change back now
I've seen all sorts of comings and goings particularly though a list of members who have come and gone, sometimes come back again but left a lasting impression particularly on chat and the forums. I remember the wild west days of chat when people jumped across a list of rooms, all with completely different topics on I think what was parachat , I forget lol but it was chaos having non wam people popping in and out all the time, thank goodness it moved on lol
Personally I have always tried to ensure equality and respect prevailed through my contribution as I believe this is what MM and all the mods want, to create somewhere nobody feels, in simple terms, strange, somewhere everyone feels welcomed and I think MM has achieved this and made it last and it been a pleasure being part of it for the last 19 yrs

I remember finding this site using Lycos on dial-up in it's first week. Seemed like a cool idea at the time... Had no clue it'd become so much. Thanks MM and the rest of the team.mods for making and keeping this place awesome.

Thanks for all the support, and encouragement you have given me. I can't believe I went from someone who marvelled at these amazing people called producers who actually worked with models were, to being one myself. What an amazing journey, and you have played such a huge part.

So many many thanks and can't wait for the 20 year celebrations..I'll get my models to get the cakes and we can all dress up in our finest attire.....but they are a little clumsy so I hope nothing goes wrong

Just wanted to jump on the bandwagon here and give props to all those behind the scenes who keep this place humming. It's been a great ride. First, to come here to find others with a mutual interest in all things messy, then later on as a contributor.

Messmaster, would love to hang for a night in Philly with you and Mrs. Bee, tipping back cocktails. Couple years back, I was in town for a conference and ate at High Street on Market and felt I just scratched the surface of the Philly food/wine scene!

Great Job on 19 MM, its bee a fascinating journey. Was wonderful to get to know you and all the great members of this community over the years I can not believe it has been this many years...... It will be fascinating to see how our community continues to develop. (Now where did I leave that cane.....)

Thanks everybody for the props! It's nuts that some of yall have been here from the beginning, and it couldn't be a more humbling thought. I just make the platform, but you guys are all the life. 19 years and one more year until the big one! I don't care, we're going to Vegas next year, baby!
