It says single use - tbf I thought it heavily implied that it means the next time can be anytime so that could be a different day or one of the normal days but it can only be used once. Keeping one 'in the bag' would be hard to keep track of and it would actually allow people to save multiple up so it's not really a feasible way of playing the game

The way it's written, I would assume that it wouldn't be considered "used" until you pulled the lever on a non-standard day. If there are meant to be other implications there, I think they need to be more explicit.
