Also, I've played this game a few times prior to this year. Never was an issue previously with spinning both wheels at the start of the day.

Slut, in fairness it's tricky knowing what kind of forfeit to say for someone that's sexual/bondage related. Especially if we don't know your limits, what gear you have and what types of bondage you practice.
Slut after you have prepared your soggy cereal pour into your pants/briefs/knickers/shorts.
Then on a hard floor or a suitably prepared alternative area I want you to walk 25 metres (do laps if necessary)
If you spill your cereal in more than 3 places report back for further punishment.

The rules around this read as follows:
"If you are a guest and you do not wish to be potentially nominated, you must post 'Immunity' at the start of your post. "
I interpret "guest" as someone who is visiting the thread, but not actively participating in the game. Personally, I think if you are participating enough to be spinning, then you should be at risk of being nominated.
How do other folks feel about this?

I think that is fair! I'm also really surprised nobody has spun any free or replace spots! I have spun replace twice now myself...

The whole point of posting is to play via spinning the wheels. Note that the quote from you about Immunity comes immediately after the instructions, 'How to Play'. This is an older game thread and spinning after declaring Immunity has been the practice since the beginning. I'm also attaching a screenshot from 2021 where Immunity was discussed in regards to spinning and replacing. Note that the guy who wrote this game is confirming that spinning with Immunity is definitely part of the game.
And, yes, to answer another part of your question, 'Replace' has come up for me in the past couple of days, either when roles were locked or when declaring Immunity. In that case, just like it says in this screenshot, I just ignored the spin and didn't post anything.
We could lobby the thread creator to modify the rules, but it's been well established for several years that you can, in fact, spin with Immunity.

I think the fact that people can be immune and inflict forfeits is part of the fun. If you only want to play with others in games where the risk is they get messy instead, those games exist elsewhere.
