12 hours after buying two scenes from UMD store, they're just not appearing in my Purchases section. It went through Epoch, I've got the receipt. This is crazy bad for a website in 2026, this issue needs sorting.
Yes you're correct. Sometime on Friday, Epoch decided to start authorizing purchases through an entirely new set of IP addresses which are unknown and not on their official list, so they've been rejected by UMD security. I have been working with their dev team on a resolution. New sales are being authorized properly, but there are still a bunch that were missed since Friday, and I am manually making sure those are in place. I'm getting back to everyone's inbox complaints one at a time so it'll take some time, but I have added a message on the Purchases page to explain as well.
