I am absolutely honoured and delighted to have won three awards! I promised to post my full speeches here instead of droning on for too long at the actual awards, and truth be told I had some notes written out in case I won anything, but every time I even looked at them or thought about them I got so nervous that I just froze so I thought sod it... if I win and have to say anything, then it will just have to be whatever comes out of my mouth at the time and really hope it isn't shite, then I can post properly on UMD afterwards so here we go...

I am so stoked and amazed to have won this! I've spent a very long time building up my download stores, and trying to improve film by film. I haven't been producing adult films with other models for very long, so to win an award for one is just mind blowing and means so much! Best Comedy for The Rubbish British Bake Off

I absolutely can't believe I've won this comedy film award! My favourite thing about wam is the incredible potential for silliness, and silliness is really what I'm all about. When I was editing this film it was making me laugh so much it made it really hard to get transitions and music etc in the right place and every time I see it, it never gets old. Thank you so much to my darling Maria Mypierogative, she made this film SO perfect... so so perfect. A quick explanation of what I was hoping for and a few words to include was all she needed to bring it to life and I'm so grateful to her for being part of it and glad I got organised enough to make sure she could be in it in time before she went back to the USA. Thank you also to Honour May and Brandi Fox for being perfect in the roles - Honour as the nymphomaniac host and Brandi being the deadpan, jealous and bitter contestant! Also big thank you to our late, great Bill Shipton who was the absolute master of this genre and who gave me the most excellent start to joining in with the wam community. He'll always be my inspiration!

I am absolutely honoured... thank you so much. The raucous applause when this was announced had me jelly legged and my head swimming! I am so grateful to all of you for the votes and for enjoying me, just being myself. It really means a hell of a lot especially when there were so many fantastic women in this category. Thank you thank you thank you!

When this category popped up, my first thought was that I actually didn't want to win it - I was thinking well I haven't really done much modelling in the past year. I nominated Penny Banks, not realising she was removing herself from nominations. Then when Penny wasn't an option to vote for, I voted for Mia K Wallace. I gave Mia a special shout out at the awards because not only is she deserving of the title, she's also a complete newcomer so to get nominated when being SO new is an amazing feat of human awesomeness. I hope we see a lot more of Mia in the future. I digress - in the end as I was watching the voting, so many of you voted for me it was completely overwhelming for me personally and so I thought, OK I will accept this for everything I've done in the past and I sent in all my most recent work for the nomination reels etc. Thank you all again, so much

I also got to present the award for Best Newcomer, which the gorgeous Amy Wynters won!

This is a category close to my heart because I really love when new people join the wam scene, I think the more the merrier and I will always do my best to help and support anyone new. I know it can be quite daunting to join UMD and receive a flurry of messages, requests etc so if I can act as some kind of wam ambassador to help them through the early stages of tarps, getting the dairy smell out of clothes, dealing with creeps etc etc then hopefully that will mean they are more likely to stick around and be part of the scene for years to come.

Anyway, Amy Wynters as best newcomer has now won a studio day with me. She can use this to film her own content, accept custom wam orders or be paid by me for my store, or a combination of any/all of those, so hopefully we'll be seeing more of her very very soon

To Lisa Moomin - thank you for your incredible donation to MIND and raising awareness. Lisa won the ray of sunshine/community award and had a very important point to make about there being a lot of joy in this community but also a lot of sadness and loneliness with some wam fans struggling with mental health. Wam can bring us together in incredible ways like at these awards, but it can also add to feelings of isolation for those who struggle with confidence and anxiety, depression, BPD, self harm and much more. I've had my own problems with this in the past, so has my daughter, and many other people I know. I just want to say to anyone having a hard time right now - you are normal. One in four of us have mh problems at some point or other, or ongoing. That's an awful lot. You are loved and wanted and being thought of. Thank you Lisa for bringing this back to the forefront of my mind.

To Araneae - for being part of one of my nominated films and for wearing THAT latex dress. Holy cow!

To Messmaster, for creating UMD and giving me the platform to create and post all my films etc that were nominated and also making it easy for newbies to join in the fun. UMD rocks!

It was an amazing event, well organised and attended.
Penny and her FANTASTIC team did an extraordinary job, there was some amazingly creative and entertaining videos played at the event. They actually made me cringe a little when our video that we submitted was played, our sound was off, being played over the loud speakers (time for us to invest in some new MICs?).

Penny is a creative and comedy genius and we very much look forward to our FREE day with her (not 3 days Lisa ).

Everyone was lovely and it was great to meet up with old friends.

I would just like to modify my acceptance, I had in my mind what I meant to say, but it didn't come out as I meant it to, I'm actually quite shy and not very good speaking in front of groups of people, not like my wife, who as always was amazing and worthy of the UMD Ray Of Sunshine title.

Anyways, what i said was:
I'm not sure we're the best producer
The clue is in the name, MOSTwam, we produce an awful lot of videos.

What I meant to say was:
I'm not sure we're the best producer looking at all the videos that have been played today, there is a huge amount of creativity and originality in WAM.

I was sad I couldn't make it so thank you guys for filming everything. It looked like a ton of fun! Thanks to everyone who put it together, I can only imagine how much work went into that.

Also I again wanted to thank everyone who nominated and voted for me. I know I ended my speech on a lame joke but given the opportunity I'm always going to make a lame joke It really was an honour to not only have multiple videos of mine nominated but also to actually win, I was not expecting that since there are so many great bdsm/wam videos out there. And the fact that my personal favorite video was the one that won makes me feel like I must be doing something right, lol. And congrats to all the other nominees and winners, all film previews were a lot of fun to watch, maybe I'll be able to make it next year

Agree with Leon on not starting multiple threads (I do sometimes worry I post far too much on here as it is!) - and massive thanks to Penny for both organising a truly amazing and wonderful event, and allowing us from the wilds of North Yorkshire to be a part of it in presenting the Comedy award to Candy, complete with jokes from Rosemary and Susie as we did it. The networking opportunity was amazing too - I managed to introduce three of my current models to one former one - and all four of them now want to throw each other into the mud, so all being well the wonderful Chastity will be returning to Saturation Hall this Summer!

It was also a fantastic chance to meet up with people - that personal level of connection really does make a difference, builds a real community feel, bringing people together. Group hug to everyone!

Huge congratulations to all the winners, all richly deserved their awards - and multiple congratulations to Lisa on her Ray of Sunshine award and very generous donation of £100 to MIND - that was a beautiful and totally unexpected touch.

Before we even left London yesterday evening I'd already looked up to see about booking the same hotel for the same weekend for next time, but Travelodge are only taking bookings to Feb 2020 at the moment.

Long but fun drive home with Honeysuckle DJing for us, including a route through central London over Waterloo Bridge I'd not done before - stunning views of the city as we crossed it and then dived into a tunnel, then three hours and 200 miles non-stop North on the M1, through Leeds onto the country roads, and finally out and across the moors, we were through the gates just before midnight.

Roll on the next one, we're already plotting our entries!

Well done Penny and crew for pulling it off. Penny mentioned the idea to me last Summer when it was in it's infancy so it was great to see it come to fruition. It was also great catching up with some old friends and meeting a few new faces too. Sorry I didn't get chance to talk to everyone and that we had to miss the after party, it took me four and a half hours to get home as it was (and yes Henry I did get on the right trains this time!)


Wow! I shall happily take the title of "all round excellent dude"! As I said before the festival "Big thanks to whoever nominated the films and the site I was not expecting that at all. I was more expecting an award presented from Candy Custard as the "daftest bugger to work with award" or something along those lines!"

I want to assure the winners there is absolutely no green eyed envy from me as I was just happy to be there and part of it, well done to all of you.As those familiar with my work will know I am often being dogged by totally unfounded accusations of rigging things, I was just happy not to have to make yet another robust denial! I was amazed that anyone nominated any of my videos or site in the first place! There were so so many great people and stores who didn't even get a nomination. (If you didn't vote for Messymayhem and want to make up for this please just go and purchase a video or two )

Finally about Ivy, she was very brave to agree to come with me as she is very much a newcomer to the WAM world (but seems to be learning fast). She had a great time (I think) and thanks to those who made her feel welcome. You'll be seeing a lot more of her in future, of that I am sure!

I must add my congratulations to Penny and her team for organising such a fantastic event.

As a non-producer a huge bonus for me was meeting so many producers and performers for the first time, including Leon and Lisa (who must win the prize for the best acceptance speech), Rev and Mrs Slymsford, Dungeonmaster, Whitestar and Mia, Charlie Scarlett (who I met in the queue for the toilet) and a few others, and finding out they were all lovely, as of course is Candy who I knew already.

The films were great too - special mention to Candy's The Rubbish British Bake Off which showed why it won the comedy award and to Maria (Mypierogative's) Taken into Custardy which deserves to be better known. It was just brilliant!!.

Hey guys,
First off, sorry for the delay in posting something, I was keeping up with the threads but went straight back to work on Monday and didn't really catch a break to sit down and process everything til this weekend! No rest for the wicked eh?

When I first joined this community, I was mostly excited to get an opportunity to perform and make people laugh, to flex my creative muscles a bit and just have a silly jolly time; never, in my wildest dreams, could I have imagined what we could have achieved.

It took a few days until I had a moment alone with my thoughts last week and it really sunk in how utterly bonkers, brilliant and incredible my life has become since that fateful day I rfirst went into a gunge tank. Reading your lovely messages and comments (and in the other thread too) and seeing the buzz worldwide, hearing well wishes and congratultions from people on the other side of the world made me have a little happy cry! It really has been an oberwhelming outpouring of love and support from you all and I feel so blessed to be part of such an incredible community.

So many people here deserve thanks for their contribution to Messtival, from the people who submitted films to be screened, the nominees who sent in footage at very short notice, everyone who came along, donated and bought merch, to the people who just create amazing, inspiring work that made us want to showcase the creme de la creme of the WAM scene, or make me laugh with their posts, or have ever bought a video from a producer and supported us to keep doing the weird crazy shit we do. We really could not have done it without everyone here.

I am utterly amazed that as someone who's never run a film festival before, we only had a few very tiny hiccups and on the whole the day ran so smoothly and it seems like everyone had a blast! That, of course, is not solely my doing, and I'd like to give a huge thanks to my partners in crime - Estella Bathory, Slippery Skin, and Mr Banks, who worked so hard and didn't even get any free drinks on the day to make up for it!

I'll be sending out a feedback form to all attendees, along with a discount code from MessySupplies.com, so please let me know all your comments and ideas for an even better event when we return next year! We have the photos back already and they are utterly stunning; I'll be posting them on a seperate thread in the next few days.
