I recently added two videos that are in mp4 format both are playing really slow with a message saying do to video format may not display. Currently shooting all content on an android phone this is the default format for video on it. Is there a better format I should try getting them converted to?

You don't need to worry about it The latest vids you've uploaded have been encoded in the H.265 codec. Those generally don't play on browser screens due to licensing issues around the video codec, even though you'd still hear sound!

Eventually, UMD will come along and re-encode your vid to H.264, but meanwhile the message tries to explain what's going on.
