Site taking ages to load today (Sunday 28/6/2026 at 11:15) from the UK. Took around 1 min 40 secs just to get this page! I'm sure its putting a lot of users off - or maybe they think the site is down... Just for comparison, other websites with lots of graphical content (eg The Guradian, ebay) are loading for me in seconds.
I know it's a free site & I should not complain, but if nobody mentions a problem it might not get noticed...
I've been unable to access the site at all on my desktop for the last two days, with the "Page timed out" error showing each time I tried (cleared cache and cookies a couple times with no effect). I can access it now, but it's extremely slow.
I was wondering if this is something on my end, as I could access it on my phone during that time, but it was still really slow loading. I haven't had issues with any other sites I've tried though.
Is this an across-the-board thing, or might it have something to do with browser/OS? I'm using Firefox on Windows 10, if that matters.
