I stole/came up with (some combination of the two) an idea for a quarantine game anyone could play at home (potentially aided by grocery delivery).
Basically you have either your to-do list, or a new habit you want to start (like exercising daily) or both. Then you keep tabs of your progress, whether it's do a task every day, or check off a to-do item by a certain time.
You can then tweak the next part based on what motivation you want (good and/or bad). You can set rewards/punishments as you see fit. These will be implemented by spinning a "Good" or a "Bad" wheel when you meet certain criteria. For example, I exercised today so I spin the good wheel. Or I haven't done X for two days in a row so I spin the bad wheel. Or there are 3 items left on my to-do list that should be done already so I spin the bad wheel 3 times. Up to you.
Basically the good wheel would be messes that you enjoy, while the bad wheel would be forfeits you'd rather avoid. At the end of your time window, you then have your new "to-do" list of mess.
I'm hoping people will share some of their favorite and least favorite ideas for people to use on their own wheels. That should help add a level of newness for some things you may have never thought to try before. Happy wamming!
An example good wheel slot could be warm fudge, whereas a bad wheel could be a mustard pie, or a peanut butter wedgie...
