Can the victim wheel only be spun when the pillory is free? Or at any time? Guess that's the only other rule to clarify

The pillory should usually be unoccupied according to the original rules of the post. Basically once the pillory is empty, anyone can spin for the new victim, their time, and punishment and so on.

I guess an exception could be made for a waiting queue of some sort in cases like these. For instance here, when the current victim's time ends Elysia would begin hers according to the exception however that is really up to both group consensus and the consent of the current victim and the potential person in the cue (in this situation Elysia). If they both agree to it then she can begin her sentence once the current sentence ends to settle any excess confusion.

To help with time awareness, it may be a good rule of thumb to note post times for new victims (as some here have already started doing) in order to clarify when sentences end and when new ones can start. I know some of us live in varying time zones so it can be helpful to have that information on hand to know when the pillory is empty.

I'm glad everyone seems to be enjoying the game. I love the actual pillory concept of massive mess and such but created this one as I know not everyone may be down to try out savory substances or the longer sentences the main pillory can give. I know I struggle with texture and smell sensitivities myself so still having lots of mess but fewer wild card options is what made me come up with it for anyone curious.

I guess it depends on when your time would be due to start vs Elysia's ending and Wamman joining? I don't want to ruin anyone's fun so maybe we go with this:
Elysia - until 10pm est/3am gmt
Wamman - 10pm until midnight est/3am until 5am gmt
Justine - midnight (5am) for 48 hours ending 23:59 est on 26/12 (5am gmt on 27/12)
