At some point, around 8 months ago, this thread got locked. We were never sure why, but since nobody could post to it, a new thread for this game was created with the name "Messy Hot Potato Game!". The game has proceeded in that thread nicely for the last 8 months.

Recently, however, this thread got UNLOCKED somehow, and 14 days ago people started posting to it again. So now we have TWO Messy Hot Potato Game threads that are getting posted to, and this is getting unnecessarily confusing.

So I would ask you all the please STOP posting to this thread, and post only to the new thread "Messy Hot Potato Game!". Hopefully I can get MM to lock this thread permanently.
