If you are in the US then please use pudding a mix of vanilla and chocolate topped in cool whip 2 one flavour 3 the other.
If you are in the UK or EU then please use my recipe and make them 5 different colours
This is the recipe in case you can't find it or don't have it
This is the base recipe and a couple of options, feel free to play around with different ratios and options to get different thicknesses.
500g icing sugar 500ml of soda (not sugar free I use cheap lemonade or cheap energy drink)
One generous spoon of emulsifier paste I use Sosa brand
Mix with an electric whisk until it turn to a white cream then I add non toxic food safe poster paint for a bright colour but food dye would probably work to. You can also add powders for colour and flavour like nesquik etc
I like to do the same recipe but 250ml soda instead of 500ml makes them much thicker you can also add milkshake powder or custard powder (original). Riare if you don't respond in 6 hours then you cannot reply to this thread for 24 hours. Or food safe paints (poster or powder) for flavour and colour
This is where I get it from a company called infusions for chefs and it comes in 1kg tubs
As you can see it's just sugar really so melts off with warm water
The recipe will get you around 3 litres of cream.
You can swap out the soda for a lot of things like allpro desserts or pre bought frosting just use grams instead of milileters. It does increase cost but does make the mix thicker and heavier.
