That's a good point. I confidently said to Lisa that when i have been to these things before, people have been there from the start. But if everyone was out partying last night at Candy's bash, maybe I am wrong. I was planning to head down for 1:30pm but would it be sensible to come a bit later.

Back from a fantastic splunch. So many lovely people to chat to.

So many great great people and so lovely to just chat and relax and have a lovely time, and a delicious slice of birthday cake too

It's been a brilliant weekend with the Friday night at Pink's a total blast!

Such a relaxed splunch yesterday and it really does just feel like a bunch of mates in the pub and great to meet Leon and Lisa for the first time

Lovely relaxed splunch, very silly night that followed, and Milton Keynes is actually rather a cool place. Was lovely to chat to Lisa and Leon, including discussing outfits and video techniques - and thanks to them for putting up with my comments!

The next day I tried asking the staff in the city's Top Shop if they knew anything about the mystery of the announced but never available clear plastic jeans, but they didn't.

Was also lovely to chat to the Rev, and everyone else, and needless to say Maria and I plotted some mayhem for the coming week. The distraction game will definitely be played, and we're hoping to include a reading of Lord Buckethead's manifesto at some point too!

And of course many happy returns to birthday girl Candy!

Oh no, so gutted I've just seen this thread! I was actually at Pinks on Friday and stayed at the Campanile with some other girls I know! Would have loved to have come and said hi to you all.
