Yeah, it is an odd dynamic. One of my friends has an identical twin, so I immediately recognised him the first time I met him, but he had no idea who I was. He was polite, but it was a bit jarring to feel that a familiar face was suddenly keeping me at arm's length.

I think I've only ever had one chance 'meeting' with a model in the twenty-ish years I've been a part of the community. I once turned around at one of the large malls in the DC/Philly/New York corridor and found myself face-to-face with Rachel of Quality Erotic Gifts, if anybody remembers that.

I met Candy Custard (and Henners) too via Lisa and Leon. She is quite awesome and actually visually appears as a very striking and iconic beauty. A lovely person who modestly embodies the best kind of producer and impresario as well as a model.

i have been told by people that dont really know me that they see me as this "sexual" type person....i guess i can be....but once you really get to know me i am not just "sexuality" i have a personality....adn its weird, and kooky and i talk a lot and laugh way too much. so, when i have ppl message me with words like "intimidation" or "nervous" about meeting me i have to laugh bc once you meet me, im just a hot ass mess!! lol im just like the rest of yas, but probably crazier!! i own the wacko.

I have posted sporadically for about 9 years but lurked since pretty much the start and I have never met anyone either: not just models or producers, but anybody at all. I have never had the cash for a session/private shoot and I was unable to attend the UMD20 meet up due to school obligations. I used to chat with a few people back in the day but tend to not really talk much anymore, quite similar to real life too (tend to be kinda a shut in lol) Always neat seeing pics from when others meet up though, all the pics from UMD20 meet up looked super fun!

Same offer in Las Vegas, but we have sunlight all year long, three pools, and two hot tubs.

Best of all, both places have a "space needle" with great food. (the eating kind, not the wearing kind)

Completely lovely, down to earth and anyone that makes me a bacon sandwich is a friend for life. Goes for both Moomins and Dave - all down to earth lovely human beings.

Can't think of anyone else that left an impression. Spoken to Rich, and he's a smart, nice, guy. Ariel, ditto but a girl. I know I met some producers at meets, including Bill Shipton but I never liked him. That'll probably get me some hate, but its true so do with it what you like. That few years of my life is a little... hazy, shall we say? I believe I met Mercedes, who's not around here anymore, but she was sharp and fun to talk to. Still haven't actually spoken with Derek, that will need to be fixed sometime.

There was actually an almost comedic time I nearly picked up Bosunbob before he became a producer for some mission that I'm hazy about, and got so stupidly lost it didn't happen.


I do miss being involved and shooting and stuff to a fair degree. One thing I've learned is producers and models are like anyone else with any degree of fame, whether hyper local, national or international - just people, and mostly pretty cool at the very least.

Interesting. Am I allowed to ask why? I'm not hating on you at all, I'm just curious. I know Leon's said he never really saw eye to eye with him either. That's not to imply anything about Bill (or you and Leon for that matter), but just to make the obvious point that (shrug) people are different and not everyone gets on.
