Hi everyone! I'm going to start a new game that may help a bit with bumping games that haven't been played in awhile. I call it the Doppelganger Game. The idea is that it's like the "Person Above game" where if you post, you are posting a result for the person above you, which also means that you are entering yourself in to be the next person to get a messy consequence. But what is the fabulous messy prizes you ask? Well it'll change depending on where this thread is in the forums. Whatever the ongoing current game or last post (Containing a messy dare/forfeit) of the thread above or below this thread on the forums will be available for this poster to choose the fate of the person above.
So, let's take an example, say this game was in between "If you don't Reply" and "Spin for Pie Redux," then the poster could choose either the last If you don't reply dare (which right now would be give yourself a cream pie in the face and another one in the crotch) or the last spin on the Spin for Pie (Which right now would be a bucket of slime).
As the creator of the game, I'll naturally be the first guinea pig. Time your post right and maybe you can get a decent thing to copy!
As the forum jumps around the consequences could be relatively small like in the above examples, or it could be something quite messy, like for instances if the post above was "Messy Dice" and the last game result had 1 person getting all 6 messes. The rule is just that if a game has multiple people getting messy in the last result, the poster has to choose one. You can't give someone all of the messy lottery results for instances, but you could choose the most messy option. If a game is still ongoing, you can still give a valid outcome for the unfinished game. For example, you could give Pyramids option E or the result of a messy poll if it hasn't finished.
Just make sure you specify which thread you're doppelganging (ideally with picture proof) and quote the post that contains the messy consequence you're choosing for the person above. Just as a reminder, you'll be the next person to get a messy action!
