Below are publicity pics of Bond girl Luciana Paluzzi taken during the making of the 1958 film "Sea Fury". I have downloaded the film and checked it but these scenes are not there, though she is seen wearing the same dress.
In those days it was common for 2 versions of films to be edited, a more censored version for the UK market and a racier version for the European market. Maybe these missing scenes are on the Euro version, but so far I have not found them.
It is a similar story with Esther William's wetlook beach romance scenes from "Raw Wind in Eden" ... the scene is on publicity stills and posters but absent from the film.
Same story with all the Tina Louise wet dress lake scenes from "God's Little Acre"....lots of production stills but the scene is not in the film.
