Growing up in the early 80s I adored the "Carry On" movies, mainly for their knockabout slapstick comedy, but this one stuck in my mind at the time for rather different reasons, because at the end, most of the cast, male and female, get drenched by hoses, while wearing boilersuits, during the final scene. As is usual with these things time may have embelished the memory somewhat, but this trailer gives some idea of what I remembered. Will have to buy the movie and see it does match what I remember. This may have been the first time I ever saw women getting mucky in overalls.
As I remember it, in the scene before the one shown in this trailer, when they are still trying to do the house up rather than demolish it, one of the female cast members has a "battle" with a water spray, she attempts to drive it back with her broom and gets drenched in the process.
