Here's what Jessie had to say about the scene when it was originally released

"Jessie wants Cherry to give a demonstration as to what action she would take if an employee turned up to work inappropriately dressed.

Jessie has her Hugo Boss suit, shirt and tights but with trainers! So clearly not an acceptable dress code for the office. So Cherry fills the trainers with beans and custard and Jessie has to squish her feet back into them. Once the trainers are filled, Cherry dumps the rest of the beans and custard (and there's loads of it) all over Jessie!"
