what are some of the prompts you use for these, you seem to get much heavier rain and flowing water and the clothes and hair much more soaking wet

Very heavy torrential rain is the main one, I also put things like heavy woollen sweater completely soaked etc describe what you want in the most intricate detail, pretend your explaining to a 5 year old. Bing is very stupid and needs to be told every little thing

Really, office attire wetlook is simply the best.
Lots of clinging blouses, with lots of dry clean only suits getting soaked, fantastic stuff

You can't post synthetic images deliberately generated to be the likeness of *any* real person, whether a celebrity or just a random girl on the street, unless you have full consent to use their image in a fetish context, and a signed model release.

Personally I suspect that will also apply to characters played by real people, if it's still obvious who the real person is, but will wait for MM to rule on those. TBH I suspect "characters played" will be an even harder "No" for copyright and intellectual property infringement reaasons - first the actor sues for sexual misuse of their likeness, and then the studio which owns the charcrer brings the legal hammer down for IP theft.
