My favorite wet hair in the rain scene is from "Doctor Quinn: Medicine Woman" where after a harsh drought. the town comes together to have a Thanksgiving feast with the Cheyenne. At a moment, the heavens open up and everyone is dancing in the rain with joy, though Michaela is at first trying to save the foodstuffs. However, Sully, who has gotten soaked, pulls Michaela into the rain where the two get drenched together interlocked in a passionate kiss. And both members of the couple have long hair so plenty of amazing wet hair shots occur of them kissing,

Just imagine if Sully were another woman ...
