Does Gemini have an index for "problematic" users? Lately, Gemini has been rejecting my simplest image creations as offensive, e.g., "a woman in a pink costume stands at the edge of a pool, twists around, and jumps in." Is it possible that users are indexed if too many image rejections have occurred on an account? Has anyone had this experience?

The session has memory. but if you start over from scratch with a new session then it should forgive you of all past sins
I have had it produce some really raunchy stuff before and then sort of 'realize' what it had done then it tends to give you a lot of rejections from thereafter.
On some of these sites, its like different (human) operators are on different shifts. What got rejected yesterday or even earlier today is now alright. or sometimes the opposite. Their more fickle than some of my former girlfriends.
With the caveat that I'm not any kind of tech expert, my theory behind this is that the LLM will be programmed with specific things that it must not depict and certain prompt words that will get an instant 'nope'. The disparity comes when the prompt contains nothing banned but the LLM is asked to combine permitted terms that it may or may not deem to cross the line. Clearly a generator cannot be made to ban anything wet since you might be generating a rain scene for your lo-fi beats video, and it cannot ban a woman in a pink suit since that would exclude fashion advertising. It would be way too much work for some office junior or an AI itself to scour the web and find all the things that constitute Rule 401 and program the AI to ban them, and most would be completely vanilla to most people anyway.

I had at least nine or ten topless results on Gemini... just today.
Even after I had slightly reworded the prompt (which did NOT mention toplessness at all), she still wound up topless. Go figure.
From time to time, the results are rejected, but two attempts later, she's topless again.
