i have been trying for now, two weeks to get the last of my videos to upload and i have tried filezilla, i have refreshed my password and re put it in 100 times, it always disconnects or doesn't connect at all. i tried 100 times just downloading it straight to umd and it will get all the way to 100 percent and then not be there at all. i refresh the page and nothing. someone please help me!! i have modified all my videos exactly how they have always uploaded properly before. checked over them and MADE SURE they were to umd standards over and over. I NEED HELP! please inbox me if you can! thank you!!
In this recent thread https://umd.net/forums/uploading-help it looks like some folks found the Cyber Duck app helpful (on the "Add Scene" page). I have not tried it myself, but if I did I'd try it on a small file first to see if it worked for me at all.
Hello - I'm having a similar issue, most of my videos upload fine but I shot a super hot one last weekend that I was dying to have live this weekend and I must have tried uploading it 10+ times now over the course of the week!
All the files go into the file bin, I then write out the description etc. as normal (I've learnt to keep this in a word document after it has failed on me so many times as a back up!) and then I submit it.
Usually I then check "my scenes" and see it "pending" (approval) there but with this file it just vanishes... can't find it anywhere, no explaination, no "file upload failed" nothing, it just vanishes!
