Hello,
Wasn't sure how everyone thought about 80/90's hairstyles getting messed up. Personally love well coifed hair getting messed, and retro hair seems perfect for this, like old Splosh style (RIP Bill). Would love thoughts, and pics of what I had in mind below.

Despite 1980's Britain being one giant Smiths song (or so I assume) it would all be worth being there for the OG Splosh magazines.

Trouble is, it wasn't as easy for us to find Splosh! or WSM (Or them to find us) at that time.
Until that time we relied on the slim pickings of the mainstream.

Something I love that kind of got lost into the '90s was the idea of dressing up for TV. So, the lady's making an effort just as she would for a function or a dinner date and allows it all to be drenched and destroyed. It's delicious.
I particularly love the bit where she stands up to shake David Steel's hand and you get a great glimpse of the 'degradation' (otherwise obscured by that damned door!)
A 'fun fact' that brought the NSR gungings full circle for me is that, a few years ago, I arranged to have both ladies featured in my GIFs (ex-partners) above all dolled up and gunged in that very same tank - on the same day!
