My girlfriend and I are planning on getting messy again. I was wondering what should one do to avoid getting a yeast infection. Also, Should we try to avoid getting any frosting or cream away from the vagina? How can you clean after messy sex to avoid infections.
Touch wood of all the messy substances I have had down there I have never had an infection. However I always keep a tube of Canesten in my cupboard though just incase.
This comes up quite frequently here, Candy Custard is generally the expert, but the overall advice is:
Avoid excessive scrubbing or douching, and absolutely do not put any kind of soap or other cleaning product inside.
Lots of rinsing with warm water will wash everything away, and a gentle douche inside with just clean water will flush out anyhing that has got in. Our models regularly spend up to an hour wearing swimsuits filled with custard and cream, so some of it does get inside, afterwards after stripping naked at the end of the hosedown they tend to just flush out gently with the warm water hose. We've been doing it 15 years, and so far the worst anyone has complained of was an ear intfection from a mud shoot using river mud we fetched back to the dungeon.
Most problems are caused by people being too obsessive about cleaning, scrubbing hard or trying to use soap or other washes that destroy the natural PH balance inside.
Yeast infections are generally caused by internal causes including: antibiotics, which decrease the amount of Lactobacillus ("good bacteria") in the vagina, pregnancy. uncontrolled diabetes, weak immune system, poor eating habits, including a lot of sugary foods, hormonal imbalance near your menstrual cycle, stress.lack of sleep.
The only time I get them is after a course of antibiotics
My recommendations would be for mud. I would steer clear of actually having anal or vaginal sex while you both are submerged in mud. I would also not attempt oral while covered. Mud is not fun trying to get out of your mouth. I perform rim jobs and oral before we hop in the slop. While in there rubbing and giving him a hand job are about it. If he desires to give my mud covered face a man facial then that's ok. Getting mud or sperm in your eye is also a bummer.
Thank you for all the responses! I'm glad to know it's easy to rinse out with warm water. I won't be using anything like mud. I was worried about the aweeter stuff, I heard getting a lot of sugar downthere can cause a lot of issues.
Honestly just about anything is fine. I've had everything from curry to mars bars and syrups and slime and cake batter and... just everything on, in and around my vagina and have never had an infection from it
it's overcleaning or vigourous cleaning that causes yeast infections
Yes, yeast eats sugar and that's why people draw these conclusions BUT sugary substances like syrup actually have SO much sugar that they create a totally unfavourable environment for yeast infections, yeast only likes a tiny, tiny bit of sugar and then getting left for a long time to develop. Not a quick whack of pure sugar that is then cleaned away within an hour or two.
but the paranoia about it and doucheing is then what results in thrush
Warm water only, no harsh soaps or rubbing, and no doucheing. Go back again for a shower a few hours later using only warm water again if you still don't feel clean
Disclaimer 1) if the vagina is a created one via gender reassingment surgery, those ones need to be douched as they are not a mucous membrane
Disclaimer 2) some people are naturally more sensitive and sugary items can sting a little, similar to vinegary substances - the person who owns the fanny will likely know best so go with their/your comfort levels. The most inert substance I find, least likey to cause any kind of sting is natrosol or HEC gunge
Speaking only for ourselves, we've never had a problem beyond Ms. Plonk finding various drops of multicolored surprises in her undies for a day or 2 after a really thorough session. Cleaning as Candy suggested is the same thing we've been doing, and the Ms is a big fan of getting whatever we're playing with inside her - mud, paint, chocolate (chocolate or cadbury eggs inside are her signature move - use your imagination, and YAY for post-Easter candy sales), etc. I think this is going to be a case-by-case thing when it comes to vaginas, though; We have friends that swear they can catch infection in a high wind, and they're not having any kind of sex close to what we're having. We did decide to steer clear of fucking in Nutella, though: That stuff is a bitch to clean up on the outside, so inside? Nope.
I will second Sara's opinion on mud -especially clay- in the mouth, though. We also enjoy going down on each other in deep mud, and that fucking stuff can be like sandpaper on the teeth sometimes.
My gr gets them easily and we have have two out of three sessions w cream and gunge getting in where she got them bad . Sugarary products are not her friend. But she is prone to them.
Someone told me she picked up such an infection but she didn't tell me what substance was involved. I got the impression it was the only time it had happened, and she said ear infections and eye inflammation were far more frequent problems.

exactly what candy said. i have had ONE when i first started from a cake sitting deal....and i cleaned up quickly and had to travel home. then when i got home i got so worried that i cleaned too harshly.
i have had mud, and im talking river mud, around that area, i have had every food you can think of, substance, you name it.
if you just clean yourself up, your body will do the work for you, typically. after my mehron extreme video where there was lots of mehron going inside my vagina? i showered off and then i wore a pad for a few days after and my body naturally let this stuff come out. our bodies are cool this way.
i DID use my fingers in the shower and give it a "once around" and kinda FINGER the inside of my vagina for the extra stuff a couple times but i did not go crazy with it....then, i let my body do the rest.
ariel has this amazing thing she can do with her vagina where she sits in the tub and can actually suck water in and push it out! she has done this before and has never had an infection. she also does kegals so she has some strong vaginal walls i suppose. i have tried it and i should make a video of me trying. its really quite hilarious.
i hope none of this came off "too gross" as this is a real deal THING to consider when getting messy. dont do douches. if its a genuine concern maybe wipe access off your penis before entering? but all in all, let some water and her body do what it is made to do
