More than on here. I think a lot of people are into it, or get into it from exposure. Can be hard to stumble on this stuff by accident on a porn or erotica site. We're often socialized to repress anything that's outside the norm or even just socially acceptable standard sexual desire. So there can be more of a delay to realize something is a fetish if you were socialized as a woman. I think media plays a big role too. Women are different. Generally they don't go around boldly proclaiming their secrets the way a lot of males do. They are less inclined to have fetishes in general.
