It was suggested that I'm posting too many images. I have been telling visual stories, with different photos of different times during an event, but perhaps went too far in posting a lot of pictures.
So for the last two 'Foods with Francesca' episodes, I went from 79 images in the licorice episode to just 23 in the Jello episode.
That should make the page easier to load and not tire people out with too many pictures.
So I thought I'd put up a little poll to see what more people think of this. . .
Depends what your trying to achieve, personally I would ask does it require a new thread, if its an interactive show keeping the same theme in the same thread makes sense rather than a new thread for every 'episode'. If it requires no interaction you could post all your images in the same thread regardless of theme like a catalogue of work. Equally if its just different themes you can post a select few in the mega thread and add more in your gallery.
Most importantly don't feel like your doing something wrong
If someone feels they are getting too many WAM pictures then THEY have a problem not you! There is a scroll wheel on my mouse that can glide me right through stuff I don't want too see.

Thanks, Kemistry. Good advice. Also, good point, Pumper555. I'll be doing one thread per episode, but separating the events of the episode into posts. Look at my new mud movie post today. There is a section where young ladies are at a cafe in the pouring rain, and another section where a mud slide roars into the town. I have never been good at making the images appear in any kind of order, so it just makes more sense to me to make 2 posts in the same thread, each having a brief description. The 'Mud at the Cafe' thread will have more posts added, maybe tomorrow, but then a new scene in the 'mud movie' will result in a whole new thread, because it's a different location and not just more of the same pictures. I think this makes it easy to follow and no single thread gets too big. But asking for comments is always good, which is why I created this particular post. I agree there is no right or wrong, just easy or hard for viewers to find the images they like.

Seconding this.

Images will appear in filename order. You can just rename your files numerically, and then upload a .zip file of all the images.
Just catching up on what I've missed the past few weeks so I'm a bit late to the party.
I think the simple answer is the number of pictures is irrelevant as long as they're distinct, interesting and tell the story. AI is amazing and developing at an incredible pace but that also means it's incredibly easy to generate 1000s of images. As with photography, the skill is picking the right moments, finetuning the image and posting those that tell the story.
My personal view however has always been is to try and contain pictures within the same threads. IF we take the first page of the group, there are 100 posts. 70% of posts are by 4 people. I'd argue whether these would be better placed in the same posts.
