So, back in the fall I received this steampunk corset and pirate skirt from a fan and I recently (finally) had the opportunity to mess it up! Enjoy the pics!
This was a fun shoot but super messy to clean up: store bought frosting is SO greasy (since it's basically Crisco with sugar and food coloring - ew, have you read the ingredients for Pillsbury frosting, for example? Disgusting. Homemade is way better, but I digress) and the fluff makes crazy tangles in one's hair...the amazing thing is that I was able to salvage the entire outfit and it looks good as new! I'm thinking about doing a spoof: "Mrs. Bee's Patented Laundry Detergent - Gets Tough WAM Stains Out Fast"!!! Hehe.
Ok, enough silliness for now. Off to work! Thanks again for the love!

Mrs. Bee
I think that would be an awesome idea for a spoof!
As most of us know, there have actually been ads over the years where a housewife gets something on her blouse. It gets washed in "Brand X" detergent, and they show it coming out clean!
But you could take it to an extreme, covering you *&* the clothes! When the clothes come out of the washer/dryer you're standing there naked but still messy. You could say something like, "See, these are so clean I can wear them again" and put them back on, OVER your still-messy body. Then you have a tag line for the "brand" of detergent, and get a pie thrown in your face!
