Hi everyone. I've been on here for well over a decade, but this is the first time I've ever felt inclined to post. Earlier this week, I received my first custom from Jayce and the whole experience of working with her was downright awesome. She's so open and communicative, priced fairly, and easy to work with. What can't be understated was how much more than just a transactional experience it was--she genuinely wanted to make sure that the video had everything I wanted in it. The camera work was fantastic (Thanks, Ariel!) and the content of the video was more than I could have expected. Can't say enough good things about her!

So to anyone out there who might be waffling on the idea of ordering a custom, I highly recommend starting with Jayce. And if you already have, then order another one! Buy some downloads! She's the real deal, and we should all be grateful that she chooses to have fun and share it with us here.

One of the hardest-working ladies in WAM business! This is why I work with Jayce & Ariel and always will --not just because Jayce is my sister ^_^ Jayce's my actual sister, Ariel is LIKE a sister. You'll see some ladies come and go, but there's a reason why we'll always work together: they're fair, they're honest, they don't B.S., they don't just pull prices out of a hat and decide that's what they want, they really do as much as possible to save people $$ and then decide how much their time is worth and it's a LOT of work they put into it.

I'm not just saying this because they're my friends, I'm saying this because I have the opportunity to see everything behind the scenes and not everyone does.

Omgosh! This is so incredibly awesome to have posted! I do so many customs sometimes and when I get back such an amazing feedback it really makes it worth while. I mean hell, it is fucking fun as hell anyway! This just makes it even more enjoyable for me!!! Thank you so much. I have stayed true to my pricing and I know that might piss ppl off who cant afford customs but our customs are made with tons of love and we try our best to help ppl in any way we can without under cutting anyone or lowering what we feel our customs are worth. We have so much fun it is hard to charge for it but alas, we dont get free food! Haha. We pay camera guys and editors and buy lighting, cameras, outfits, and spend a great deal of time on communication to make sure your money is money well spent!! once again. Thanks so much!!

I am having my first Jilly and Jayce and Ariel custom done and I am very excited. I will make sure I post feedback too, but have been really pleased with the comms etc so far & all these testimonials mean I know I am in safe hands. My only problem has been being like a grown up and not getting ridiculously over excited like a child at Christmas.

For anyone who cares the scene is a reboot of a Robbywlp classic but with a few twists (including nudity!). I know Jilly and Jayce are huge Robby fans, so hopefully they will enjoy doing it

i read your script to ariel in the docs office today (yeah, i keep getting sick and these dummies cant figure out what is wrong with me.......fools.) anyhooooo i was reading it out loud off my phone and she was busting out laughing at the idea! it is going to be so great! going down in hilarious wam history!!! and this guy beside us was trying to watch some daytime show with whoopie goldberg and bc we were laughing so hard and having such a good time talking about it he moved . we just looked at eachother like "whats HIS problem? " I am so excited about it.

Yes, Jayce does a great job with customs. I had one done with her that wasn't 100% perfect at first (and I probably did not communicate what I wanted as clear as I should have), and she went out of her way to make sure that I was completely satisfied (although I was still pretty happy with the results). I wouldn't mention that it wasn't perfect here, but I think it says more about somebody how they handle things when they aren't perfect than when they are, and she made sure that I was perfectly happy. So I can say that she won't leave anybody hanging - you will get what you want.

I will definitely be getting another custom with her when I can afford it (have lots of ideas, but no funds to finance them), or when I win the lottery (in which case I plan to put the messes Jen has got her into to shame ).

Thank you for making this thread. I've been mulling around the idea for a custom for awhile now, and after reading all of the positive comments and love for Jayce, we have just started a conversation for my very first custom. She has already been very thorough and professional regarding what to expect and upfront with the costs associated, and I can tell she genuinely wants to make this the best video with exactly what I want.

thanks m! i remember that one and it was a camera person not understanding what i told her to do. she doesn't work for us anymore and we kinda felt like she "didnt understand" on purpose sometimes. but we made sure to get the close up you wanted I am very glad you loved it. it was a great idea for a video adn i was very happy to do it!! thanks for posting on the thread. very cool of you!

I know sometimes it seems like i am too thorough like "shit? why so many questions???" but i have learned that if you dont there are sooooo many questions later and sometimes the both of us can get confused. i try to get a clear view in my head the best i can by reading emails it can be difficult but if i start to really wonder, i am going to start skyping with people long enough for them to just tell me in their own words, to hear their own voice tell me exactly what they want
